To ensure that this high standard persists through to the end product that
arrives on your plate, we personally oversee the cut and packing
process. Processing the
meat at our own licensed butchery on the farm enables us to have total
quality control. For added tenderness and flavour
the meat is firstly well aged on the bone, then expertly carved and precisely
trimmed. Immediately following this, the products are vacuum-packed and
frozen to ensure freshness. Great
personal effort is taken to ensure gourmet
quality! We are confident that the products that you purchase are lean, are tender, and that the personal care we take shines through in the outstanding taste of Waima Hill beef. |
